‘The Quest’ is an introspective poem where the poet endeavours to understand the complexities of love as a feeling, by comparing it with wisdom.  The exploration unfolds by way of a dialogue between the guru and his disciple. The disciple describes love as surging through unwise waters…. unbridled, unchaste, while wisdom is dispassionate and divine.
