  Dr Vasanthi’s brainchild, Osmosys Learning Products and Services is a pioneering venture in the field of education consultancy that provides complete learning solutions to individuals and organisations. Since its inception in 2004, Osmosys® has done substantial work on school design and in the setting of up schools; it has provided consultancy for reputed schools on institutional design, curriculum development and psycho-pedagogy, and has provided numerous professional development workshops for teachers. It has also developed learning materials in path-breaking pedagogies. Significant accomplishments to date are:

• Osmosys® has worked with more than 500 schools and trained more than 30000 teachers across the length and breadth of the country, from Ladakh-Leh to the Kanya Kumari and from Nagaland to Gujarat on new generation pedagogies and differentiated teaching 
• Osmosys® has developed over 100 books for Pearson Education, and designed specialized learning products for Aloha India.
• Dr Vasanthi has authored a leading and very popular English Language Teaching Series called  Images- the current revised edition being called New Images Next.  The series has been in the market since 2008 and continues to be revised and greatly sought after in schools in India and the gulf regions. Images. which upon revision became New Images, has sold over7 a million copies in the last 13 years and another ELT series Magic Strokes has just hit the market.

• Dr Vasanthi co-founded, designed and led the academic core of APL Global School as Academic Director from its inception in 2008 until 2011 she incubated and developed a leading international school in Chennai. Osmosys®’s research strength and rich experience translated into APL Global School’s much acclaimed Instructional Design, Curriculum Delivery and Assessment Patterns, Student Monitoring & Reporting Systems and Teacher Training practices and the school’s unique pedagogy has been widely acclaimed and acknowledged.
